Why Japan for a pre-owned watch

Japan is a deep market for pre-owned watches, from Swiss sports models to domestic references like Grand Seiko that are easiest to find at home. Its resale dealers are licensed and grade what they sell.

Most of them sell only within Japan. We buy as a local customer would and ship the watch to you, insured for its full value.

Checked before it is listed

The reference is confirmed and the condition graded on the Japanese letter scale before a watch appears here. You see the photographs and the grade before you approve anything.

Looking for a specific reference?

Send us the reference, dial and year you want and we will search the Japanese market for it. It costs nothing to ask.

Common questions

What if it turns out not to be authentic?
You get a full refund. That applies to everything we sell, on What’s Hot or through a request.
When is my card charged?
At checkout your card is authorized, not charged. We capture the payment only once the piece is secured in Japan; if we cannot secure it, the authorization is released in full.

Looking for something that isn't here?

This is a short list. Japan has far more than we can put on one page, so tell us the exact piece you want and we'll go find that one for you.
