Buying rare goods sight-unseen is where people get burned. So every item we send you arrives with the same four things, whether it's a $200 pair of sneakers or a $20,000 watch. Read it, then decide.
The exact reference
We identify the specific model, colorway and production year, then confirm it against catalog data. Not “looks like,” but the actual reference number.
Photos of this item
Images of the actual piece, not a stock shot. If a listing’s photos leave anything unclear, we go back to the seller for more before passing it to you.
A condition grade
Recorded on Japan’s letter scale (N, S, A, B, C) with a plain-English note on what that means for this piece specifically.
A specialist’s sign-off
Anything rare, vintage or high-value is examined by someone who grades that category professionally before it reaches you.
And if we ever get it wrong, you get everything back
If an item turns out not to be authentic, we refund it in full, no questions asked. We would rather lose the sale than defend a fake.

The one thing we can't undo is a change of mind. Each piece is bought individually for you, so approving it is final. That is exactly why nothing is charged until you have seen what you are getting.

The four we get asked most.
Why can’t I just buy these myself?
Most Japanese sellers are domestic-only. No international shipping, no foreign cards, nothing listed in English. We buy the way a local buyer would, then ship it to you.
What if you can’t find it?
You hear back either way. If the piece isn’t available right now, we tell you what we did find and what it would take to get the real thing, and you owe us nothing. We can also keep the request open and email you if one surfaces later.
Can I return something?
Not for a change of mind. We buy each piece individually once you approve it, so there’s no shelf to put it back on. That’s why you get photos, the reference and a condition grade first, and why we’d rather you pass than accept something you’re unsure about. If an item turns out not to be authentic, that’s on us and you get a full refund.
Will I owe customs or import duty?
Possibly. Duty is set by your country and paid by you, not us. We declare value accurately and tell you what to expect for your category before you commit.
